Interior
As you enter the villa, you are immediately met with a sense of peace, light and space. The living area is open and stylishly furnished, featuring a comfortable seating area, a spacious dining table and a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with all essentials. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and connect the indoors with the surrounding landscape.
On this level, you’ll also find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A staircase leads down to two additional bedrooms, each with French doors opening onto the outside and their own en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, washbasins and toilets.
The entire villa is equipped with floor cooling**. The interior is bright, modern and tastefully decorated – a place where you’ll feel at home right away.
Exterior
Villa Vue des Maures is set on a spacious private plot with multiple terraces, allowing you to find a perfect spot to relax at any time of day – whether in the sun or in the shade. Here, you can unwind with a good book, enjoy an al fresco meal or sip a glass of local rosé while taking in the sweeping views of the Massif des Maures.
The large pool is beautifully positioned right next to the house, offering complete privacy and tranquillity. It’s the perfect place to cool off, soak up the sun or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, creating an authentic Provençal atmosphere. The scent of lavender, the sound of rustling leaves and the stunning landscape complete the picture.
Surroundings
Villa Vue des Maures is just a short drive from the charming village of Lorgues, known for its picturesque streets, excellent restaurants, cosy cafés and its lively Provençal market on Tuesdays. The surrounding area offers numerous vineyards, walking trails and lovely villages waiting to be explored.
Thanks to its central location in Provence, you can also reach the Côte d’Azur in around 45 minutes – with sunny beaches and lively seaside towns like Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus and Saint-Tropez. Nature lovers will also enjoy trips to the Gorges du Verdon or the waterfalls at Sillans-la-Cascade.

**Floor Cooling: This system will slightly lower the temperature in the house. It is achieved through a piping system in the floor construction. The temperature usually decreases by a few degrees compared to room temperature. To prevent condensation on or in the floor, the water temperature in the pipes should not be lower than 18 degrees. This system is indirect and does not have the same effect as air conditioning.
