EXTERIOR: Villa Sasso Forte is a lush retreat with a beautifully landscaped garden of 2000m², adorned with a rich variety of tropical and colorful flowers. The heated pool, measuring 10 by 4.5 meters and featuring an elegant jacuzzi seamlessly merging into the water, is surrounded by ample sun loungers, providing a perfect view of the sea. Safety is ensured with the lockable roller shutter, ideal for families with small children.
An enchanting covered terrace with a lounge area and a generous dining table once again offers breathtaking sea views. A gate in the garden leads to an exclusive private beach, accessible only to the residents of this villa and their neighbors.
Enjoy amenities such as a tennis table, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a Weber Gas barbecue. Two parking spaces are located in the garage, with an additional one outside. The driveway is shared with the neighbors below and must remain accessible. The property is fenced and secured with a gate.
On the sea side of the villa, a large sun terrace extends with abundant sunbeds and a cozy lounge area for relaxing drinks. Multiple French doors lead to this terrace. This unique villa, just a few hundred meters from the village of Trayas and 2 kilometers from Theoule sur Mer, provides easy access to a bakery, butcher, small supermarket, terraces, and restaurants. Further on, there are villages where numerous Provencal markets are organized, and several wine chateaus can be found. The cities of Nice and Cannes are easily accessible via the highway in Mandelieu.
INTERIOR: Villa Sasso Forte captivates you with its stunning location. The stylishly furnished home for up to 8 guests features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The spacious layout of the home embraces the sea in almost every room with large French windows and doors, creating a bright and authentic beach atmosphere.
A semi-open kitchen adjoins the dining room and is equipped with modern conveniences such as a 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, large American fridge, dishwasher, and an Espresso coffee machine. A high chair is available, and a crib can be provided upon request.
The light-filled living room, air-conditioned, offers a breathtaking view over the sea and the beach along its entire length. Comfortable seating includes a TV, DVD player, Bluetooth music system, fireplace, and wireless internet.
On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms. The generous master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Natural materials such as travertine natural stone and wood create a relaxing atmosphere in the rooms.
The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, while the other two rooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet, and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

This villa is perfectly positioned along a scenic route within the beautiful nature reserve of L’Esterel. This area is renowned for its distinctive red rocks and impressive rock formations. The coastal route connects Théoule-sur-Mer and Saint-Raphael, offering breathtaking stops that invite panoramic views and stunning hiking trails.
Le Trayas and Théoule-sur-Mer are both less than 2 km away, providing easy access to local amenities such as a bakery, butcher, supermarket, and a variety of terraces and restaurants. In the nearby surroundings, you’ll also find numerous wine chateaus and the well-known Provencal markets. For a touch of urban grandeur, Cannes and Nice are within reach, approximately a half-hour and an hour’s drive away, respectively.
