EXTERIOR

Villa Sasso Forte has a beautifully landscaped garden of 2000m2 adorned with a variety of tropical and blooming plants. It features an exquisite heated pool measuring 10m by 4.5m with a jacuzzi cascading into the pool. The pool can be secured with a cover, ensuring safety, especially for younger children. Surrounding the pool are multiple sun loungers, offering a stunning sea view.

There is a charming covered terrace with a lounge area and a large dining table, providing yet another breathtaking view of the sea. From the garden, a path leads down to a gate that opens to stairs leading to a private beach accessible only to this property and its neighbors.

Facilities include a tennis table, an outdoor shower, and a Weber gas BBQ. The garage provides two parking spaces, with an additional one outdoors. The neighbors below use the same driveway, so it must remain accessible. The property is enclosed with a gate and fencing.

On the sea-facing side of the house, there’s a spacious sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and a lounge area for socializing. Multiple large French doors open onto the terrace.

INTERIOR

The interior is stylish and fully furnished, consisting of a main house for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The house is spacious, featuring large French windows/doors in almost every room facing the sea, creating a bright and beachy atmosphere.

The semi-open kitchen is connected to the dining room and equipped with modern amenities, including a 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, large American fridge, dishwasher, and an Espresso coffee machine. A high chair is available, and a crib can be provided upon request. The bright living room, air-conditioned for comfort, has full-length windows offering a stunning view of the sea and the beach. It includes a comfortable seating area with a TV, Bluetooth music player, fireplace, and wireless internet.

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Natural materials such as travertine natural stone and wood create a relaxed atmosphere in the rooms.The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, while the other two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, toilet, and sink. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. All these bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The remaining two bedrooms are in the spacious apartment, which is rented in addition to the main house for occupancies exceeding 8 people. Each has its own bathroom, one with a shower and sink, and the other with a bathtub/shower combination and double sinks. There is also a separate toilet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
