Located in a residential neighborhood in Draguignan, Villa Sanette is the ideal place for a family with children or friends who like to spend a nice holiday together.
The villa is completely private with a fenced area of 800 m² and several terraces to enjoy the outdoors to the maximum. On the terrace at the house you will find a beautiful dining table with wooden chairs for 8 people, a gas BBQ and a cozy covered lounge corner. To the right of the house is an additional wooden terrace, accessible via a few stairs up. There is a small inserted pool of 10 m² (4 m by 2.5 m) for the necessary refreshment in the summer. On the terrace you find comfortable sun loungers under a sail to give you some shadow. There is also an outdoor shower. The terrace is perfectly oriented to the west to enjoy the long summer evenings with a beautiful sunset.
The house has a living area of 120 m² and is very practical and stylishly furnished. From the terrace at the house you go directly into the living room through French doors. It consists of a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas and TV and a dining table inside for the colder evenings. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer… and all small kitchen equipment. In short, everything you need to bring out the best in yourself as a chef during your holiday. In the back is a storage room with additional refrigerator and washer / dryer.
On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe space and a shared bathroom. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower and single bathroom. You will also find a separate toilet in the hallway.
Via an open staircase from the living room you go to the upper floor, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and a annex bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, single sink and a toilet.
The whole house has air conditioning that can switch to heating during the colder periods.

The house is about 2 km from the center of Draguignan, a town in the center of the Var region. You can very easily connect to other Provençal villages in the area, for example Lorgues and Flayosc, but also towards the south where you can quickly take the A8 motorway in Le Muy to drive towards Nice or Marseille. The coast, with Sant Tropez, Sainte Maxime or Fréjus as the first coastal municipalities, is also easily accessible at a 45-minute drive.
