INTERIOR
Villa Rose is a beautiful and tastefully decorated villa for 6 persons with a lovely view over the centre of Lorgues, a 5 minute walk to the village centre.
The villa has a living space of 140m2 and a spacious living room, where you find a lovely sitting area with a flat screen TV (International channels), radio / CD player and a DVD player. Through the French doors in the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, which is connected with the kitchen and dining room. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table for 6 persons. The villa can also offer wireless internet (WiFi).
Next to the living room you find the spacious kitchen, equipped with a 4 ring cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen, living room, dining room and upstairs bedroom all have air-conditioning. The other two bedrooms are cool without air-conditioning.
In total there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, where two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are fitted with a double bed (1.60×2.00m). The upstairs bedroom has a double bed (1.80×2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with double basins. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board available.
EXTERIOR
Villa Rose is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Lorgues, on a flat plot of 2600m2 with a large fenced pool (12x5m) which is ideal for families with small children.
There is an open, covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. On the covered terrace is a large dining table. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. Next to the pool you have two large plane trees that provide much welcoming shade.
Villa Rose is located near the famous market town of Lorgues. In Lorgues you will find baker, large supermarkets and numerous cafés and restaurants.
In the area, you’ll find several bakeries, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, and cozy terraces. Lorgues is known for its weekly market on Tuesday, which is the largest Provençal market in the region. On Fridays, there is the charming ‘marché des producteurs’ (farmers’ market). Cities like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence are reachable within an hour to an hour and a half by car. The beaches of St. Maxime, Fréjus, and St. Tropez are just 40 to 55 minutes away from the property. In short, it’s an excellent base for a fantastic holiday.
