EXTERIOR
Villa Plen Soulèu is situated just 1 kilometer away from the beach, and a short walk (1.5 km) from a local bakery and shop, nestled in a tranquil environment with breathtaking views. The main beach of Saint-Aygulf, where most restaurants are located, is only 3 kilometers away from the property. There are 2 uncovered parking spaces on private grounds.
Featuring a beautiful terrace complete with barbecue and dining table, Villa Plen Soulèu offers the perfect setting for delightful lunches and dinners with a spectacular view. The terrace adjoins the heated swimming pool, where upon request, a jet stream can be activated at an additional cost. Relax on the comfortable loungers and armchairs, soaking up the sun, enjoying a good book, the serene tranquility, and the expansive views.
A staircase on the side of the villa leads to the rooftop terrace, equipped with a luxurious lounge set. This rooftop terrace is the absolute highlight of the property, boasting panoramic 360° views of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Saint Aygulf. An idyllic setting to savor breathtaking sunsets accompanied by delightful aperitifs.
INTERIOR
Step inside this beautiful villa, with a living area of approximately 160m2 that has recently been completely renovated and is ready to welcome you in comfort.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the inviting living room, complete with a cozy fireplace. This space offers ample seating on comfortable sofas, a dining table for cozy dinners, and access to the covered terrace, where a BBQ awaits you for outdoor enjoyment. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Here too, there is access to the covered terrace.
A hallway leads to a separate toilet and then to the first bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Next to the bedroom, you’ll find a study room, where a fixed computer screen is always ready for your work needs. The property is also equipped with a Starlink wifi connection, providing fast internet access. From this space, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with its own terrace overlooking the breathtaking sea. A second bathroom on this floor offers additional comfort with a toilet, shower, and sink. For additional sleeping space, there is a mezzanine room with a comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.
