This beautiful limestone villa, built with the characteristic red stones of the Esterel massif, can accommodate up to 5 people.
The exterior is characterized by large terraces with plenty of greenery and flowers all around, and a lower private pool area with a covered lounge corner. There is a beautiful view of the charming village of Callas.
The property, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is simply and contemporarily furnished and equipped with all the necessities.

Villa Pierre Rouge is very quietly located and has a long access road to the house. Behind the gate there is plenty of space to park around a central olive tree. The house, built of red stone with bright blue shutters and a bougainvillea on the facade, immediately puts you in a holiday atmosphere. There are several terraces around the house. At the front of the house you will find a dining table and a nice garden set with benches. There is an awning attached to the house that provides the necessary shade. In addition, there is a covered terrace on the right and on the left you will find a dining table and BBQ plancha on a more shaded terrace underneath the trees.
The garden consists of different levels where the swimming pool is accessible by stone stairs going down. The beautiful swimming pool is eye-shaped, 9 by 5 m, with 4 walk-in steps. Around you find sun loungers, a parasol and a covered terrace with a lounge set. Nice to enjoy the long evenings. Just a little lower there is a garden with a swing for the children.
Once inside you have a modern dining table followed by an open, narrow kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals during your holiday. There is an oven, microwave, gas stove with 4 burners, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, water kettle and Senseo coffee machine. You will find the washing machine in the storage room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a fireplace and TV. There are always French doors opening upon the terrace.
The bedrooms are all on the ground floor. There is a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and single sink. One of the rooms has a bathroom corner in the room, with a sink with red Provencal tiles and a screened-off toilet and shower. The room with a single bed is basicly furnished and has a good quality sofa bed, so an adult can also sleep on it. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
All windows have mosquito nets. There is no air conditioning, but the house keeps cool due to its building structure and there are fans for the hottest months.

Villa Pierre Rouge is located just 1.5 km from the center of Callas, where you will find a local bakery and a few restaurants. There is a walking route to go there on foot.
In addition, the region has a lot to offer, from a trip to the sea with Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime as the first beaches at a 40-minute drive to the golf course of Terre Blanche at 30 minutes and all kinds of nice charming villages in the area (Saint Paul and Foret , Draguignan, Lorgues,..).
