Discover Villa Peygros: a stunning detached villa of 220m² in the mountains of Fayence/Mons, offering breathtaking views of the Esterel Mountains and the Bay of Fréjus. Just 50 minutes from the beach, close to the Terre Blanche golf course, and nestled between the charming villages of Mons and Fayence.
Villa Peygros is a typical Provencal villa with a (heated) private swimming pool of 9 by 4m (depth 1m60) and plenty of relaxing areas around it and a covered terrace with a lovely BBQ corner. The bright, spacious living room has an open, modern kitchen. The bathrooms are brand new and you will find an interior design with a mix of Provencal and Scandinavian furniture. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a children’s playroom and a fully equipped gym.
There is a spacious fenced area of one hectare and in addition to the private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a relaxation corner, there is a trampoline, swing, climbing frame, football field and basketball for the children.

Inside: on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, an office, bathroom, modern kitchen with induction hob and various equipment such as 2 refrigerators/freezers, dishwasher, oven, microwave and espresso machine. There is a bright living room with seating area and fireplace, Sonos sound system, Chromecast/Apple TV and, of course, WiFi internet. From the living room you walk towards the terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the bay of Frejus. The entire first floor is air-conditioned. The lower level offers an ensuite bedroom with bathroom, a children’s bedroom (4 beds), shower room, children’s playroom and a fully equipped gym. Bed sizes: 3 x 2p bed (160 x 200) and the children’s room with 2 x 1p bed (90 x 190) and a bunk bed (90 x 190). A baby bed and high chair are available on request.
Outside: from the ground floor you walk to a spacious 50m² terrace with outdoor lounge sofa, dining table with enough space for 8 people and a BBQ. One level lower takes you to the private swimming pool with a shaded pool terrace, large corner sofa, 6 sun beds and a lovely swimming pool (9m x 4m) that can be heated in spring and autumn. The site is over 1 hectare and includes a football field, children’s trampoline, swing and climbing equipment. In short, a wonderful child-friendly home.
It is possible to have the swimming pool heated on request (supplement) in spring and autumn (with the exception of July and August, when the water already has a wonderful temperature).
Villa Peygros is located exactly between the authentic village of Mons and the famous lively village of Fayence with its many delicious restaurants. It is just fifteen minutes by car to the center of these 2 villages. The area is ideal for beautiful walks, visiting wine chateaux to taste the famous light Provence rose and visiting the markets of Seillans and Fayence. The beautiful bright blue lake Lac de St-Cassien, where various water sports are possible, is 20 minutes away and the beaches of Frejus, Theoule sur Mer and Cannes are 50 minutes away. 20 minutes to the beautiful Terre Blanche golf course with its culinary restaurant, absolutely worth a visit.
