Experience a fantastic holiday in this breathtaking detached villa, located at an altitude of 200 meters in the picturesque Les Issambres. With spectacular views over the glittering sea and iconic Saint Tropez, you will be enchanted by the beauty of this location. The villa has been recently renovated and modernized and offers exceptional privacy with its own enclosed land with two parking spaces.
The living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, terraces and pool are all on the same level, which is a rarity in this region. Enjoy a sea of natural light and breathtaking panoramic views from the living room, kitchen dining table and terrace, all facing southwest for a day of sunshine.
Step inside the luxurious Provencal villa, called Villa Olive Verte, and discover a world of refinement and elegance. In addition to amazing sea views, you can also enjoy panoramic views over the rolling hills and lush greenery. The living room, equipped with a cozy fireplace, flows effortlessly into the stylish large kitchen. Both areas have beautiful travertine natural stone floors. The brand new AEG appliances complete the kitchen, and the spacious dining table can seat up to 8 people. Through the sliding windows you reach the spacious terrace, which is adjacent to the beautiful swimming pool.

This spacious Provencal villa is located in the hills of Les Issambres, just 2 km from the sea. The 8 km coastline of Les Issambres is characterized by beautiful bays and creeks with a bar and / or restaurant regularly located between the pines and palm trees. La plage de San Peire and Plage de la Pinède are the closest beaches with beautiful azure blue water.
The villa is perfectly located just northeast of Sainte Maxime and opposite the world famous Saint Tropez. With a cozy harbor in Les Issambres, you can even go to Saint Tropez in just 10 minutes by boat. Thanks to its central location, you can easily explore all the famous places on the Côte d’Azur, including Grimaud, Saint Raphael, Cogolin, Saint Tropez and Cannes.
For walkers there is the Les Petites Maures natural reserve in the area, with beautiful views over the Cote d’Azur with its beautiful blue color nuances. Sporters can cycle in the forest, water ski, wakeboard or kayak at the local surf club.
The villa offers a beautiful view over the sea and bay of Saint-Tropez.
