At Villa Nissa la Bella, the view is simply breathtaking. The villa is built in the first hills of Nice and overlooks the valley of the city and the Côte d’Azur with its surprising azure blue nuances.

Here you can enjoy and relax for hours from the terrace and by the pool of this charming authentic villa. With its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an impressive living space, Villa Nissa la Bella can accommodate up to 10 people.

The house is located very close to a park and in a snap, you are in the historic center of Nice, with its lively markets and restaurants where you can stroll around just like in the Belle Epoque era.

It is possible to rent Villa Nissa La Bella for 4 or 10 people. When renting to 4 people, 2 bedrooms will closed off.

Great panoramic views of Baie des Anges and Nice

Villa Nissa la Bella is located on the heights behind Nice with beautiful panoramic views over the Baie des Anges and the city. In just 10 minutes you are in the center of Nice or at the airport. The garden has a large swimming pool with garden furniture, barbecue, parasols and lounge chairs and a pergola with comfortable lounge furniture, all with beautiful views. You can enjoy absolute privacy on the entire property.

The villa has 3 floors, consisting of:

Ground floor with large and open living room with various sitting areas, a piano and an impressive dining table for 8 people. The living room has original wall paintings, indoor plants and a classic interior. From the living room you come directly into the renovated and spacious kitchen with breakfast table. Have yourself a morning coffee while gazing out over the city and the sea. There is also a guest toilet and entrance after which you pass into the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. All rooms have a unique view over the landscape around Nice.

From the sleeping area you descend the spiral staircase to the ground floor with again 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The front bedroom opens onto the stairs that lead from the car park to the terrace area.

The 1st floor has a master bedroom with a double bed, large bathroom with special bathtub, double sink, shower and separate toilet. This bedroom has a private terrace with views of the city of Nice and the Mediterranean.

There is spacious parking available on the domain for up to 5 places. The entrance has an electric gate and is completely fenced. From the parking lot there are several stairs to the terrace area.

The house is built in a piece of rock and has many authentic elements and anecdotes. The stairs to the terrace have been recovered from a castle, for example. The shape and especially the depth of the pool was created because it was blown up with dynamite. The wall paintings in the living room are original and could belong in a museum. The washbasin in one of the bathrooms is made of lava stone and so on. Do not expect perfection with this house, but a charming, authentic, Provencal house from the 1980s. Because of the many stairs, this house might be less suitable for less mobile people or groups with small children.

It is also possible to book for 4 people at a reduced price. When renting to 4 people, 2 bedrooms will be closed off.
