The domain of Villa Maris covers 40 acres and is accessed through an electric gate with a driveway leading to the top of the house. There is room for several cars and the garage is also accessible for rental use. There is a wall box for charging electric cars.

You enter the property through a hallway that is connected to the living and dining room. Here is a separate toilet and a staircase that leads to the first floor. The living room has a modern interior and several sliding windows to the covered terrace. There are comfortable sofas around a fireplace, a desk space and television corner in a built-in cupboard. The television is connected to TV Vlaanderen, which means that there are Dutch-language channels. The villa has a Starlink Wifi connection that guarantees a good speed. The dining room has a long wooden dining table with 8 chairs, so you can enjoy a cozy meal together. From here you go through to the kitchen with built-in cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with all modern necessities such as an induction hob with oven, a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. In a room next to the kitchen is a large refrigerator and a separate freezer. A smaller breakfast table ensures that you can wake up at your own pace in the morning.

Next to the kitchen there is a passage to the garage which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, dining room and living room all overlook the covered terrace and the garden with numerous olive trees. The covered terrace is certainly the central place during your holiday. A long dining table and spacious lounge area in combination with a huge Weber gas BBQ ensure that many hours are spent here.

The lower pool terrace can be closed off for children. Everything has been finished to perfection, with modern sun loungers and several parasols in the bright Provencal yellow, matching the facade of the villa. There is an outdoor shower and covered apero corner with nice garden furniture, a sink and a refrigerator. The swimming pool of 10.5 m x 4.5 m can be heated on request in the spring and autumn and can be closed with a cover. You can enter the pool trough the Roman steps and the depth is up to 1.8 m. From the pool terrace you can walk into the garden where children can play in the shade of the olive trees. The garage next to the pool is closed for use.

We go back into the hallway, from where you visit a first bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, consisting of 2 mattresses and built-in cupboards. An annex bathroom with a single sink and shower completes the picture.

The stairs take us up to the other bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a double bed, consisting of 2 mattresses but with the intention of standing together as they are between a headboard with bedside tables. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, lower to the ground, specifically for children up to the age of 12 years. The rooms are playfully decorated with colored lamps. Room 5 is flexible in use, as being with 2 single beds or with the possibility to slide them together.

On the floor there are 2 shared bathrooms and a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms has a single sink and large walk-in shower. The other a single sink, shower and toilet.

Both the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
