Villa Lou Muei is situated adjacent to a nature reserve and is easily accessible by car. You can park behind the electric gate and stroll directly into the sun-drenched garden. The swimming pool, sun loungers, and various comfortable seating areas instantly immerse you in a holiday atmosphere. The swimming pool can also be heated upon request, providing a pleasant experience in spring and autumn!
Upon entering from the garden, you step into a spacious living room with an open kitchen. A large, comfortable sofa, two substantial chairs, and a cozy fireplace constitute the sitting area where you can peacefully watch television. Behind the sitting area, a generous dining table for eight people awaits to facilitate shared meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob (5 burners), oven, American fridge with an ice maker, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and an assortment of cooking utensils. For cooking enthusiasts, additional equipment such as a fondue pot, wine fridge, and more can be found in the pantry, where the washing machine and dryer are also conveniently located.
The covered terrace hosts a deep fryer and BBQ for your use. Enjoy the evening sun with the entire family at the spacious dining table!
Inside, four bedrooms and two bathrooms are available. Each bedroom has patio doors leading to the garden. The first bedroom, positioned behind the kitchen, features a double bed and wardrobe. Adjacent is a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. On the opposite side of the house, the other three bedrooms are situated. The first two bedrooms boast double beds, and there’s even an exercise bike for sports enthusiasts. The third bedroom, equipped with bunk beds, is suitable for two children. The second bathroom consists of a shower and sink. Additionally, a separate toilet is found in the hall.
All spaces are on the same floor, and air conditioning is provided.

Villa Lou Muei is wonderfully located, enveloped by lush greenery and conveniently within walking distance of a lake and nature reserve, offering delightful opportunities for walks. Moreover, the center of Le Muy is just slightly over a kilometer away, and a bakery can be found nearby. The captivating town of Fréjus and its beautiful beach are a mere 16 kilometers away, approximately a 30-minute drive.
