Situated on a 5,000 m² plot with southwest orientation and views of the charming village of La Colle sur Loup, the property allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun all day long. The terraces surrounding the beautiful 12×6 m pool offer plenty of opportunities to sunbathe, read, relax, or spend quality time with your group. There is a large lawn where children can play freely. The pool features stunning green tile finishes that blend perfectly with the natural surroundings, along with rounded steps for easy access. It can be heated upon request and is equipped with an electric cover. A sauna with a view is also available, generally included in the rental price.
Evenings can be spent under the covered terrace, where heaters make cooler hours comfortable. For delightful barbecue nights, a Green Egg BBQ is at your disposal. The property is fenced, ensuring privacy, and features an automatic gate and parking space for 4 to 5 cars. Additionally, there is a private pétanque court.
Interior
The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with a toilet. There is a spacious playroom with a pool table, a seating area, and a sleeping space (fold-out bed with a slatted base) for 2 additional guests, making the house suitable for 8 to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a Jura bean-to-cup coffee machine and a La Cornue oven. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. The entire house is air-conditioned.
The cozy living room features a fireplace and a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, enabling seamless streaming via the Chromecast-equipped TV. A washing machine, dryer, crib, and high chair are also available for your convenience.

The property is located just over a kilometer from the village, making it easily accessible on foot.
Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a charming village world-renowned for its rich artistic heritage, highlighted by the famous Fondation Maeght museum, which houses a unique permanent collection featuring works by Joan Miró and Giacometti, among others. Perched on a hill and surrounded by medieval walls, the village boasts cozy streets lined with a wide variety of restaurants and art galleries.
The picturesque villages of Vence, Biot, and Tourrettes are also well worth a visit. Monaco, just a 30-minute drive away, is highly recommended! Nice is 20 minutes away and Cannes is 30 minutes away, both famous for their festivals, year-round events, museums, and beaches. The charming Antibes, with its beautiful harbor and beaches, is also well worth a visit.
Saint-Paul-de-Vence is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Nice Airport, and the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer is only 6 km away. This is a diverse region offering luxury, tranquility, space, and plenty of variety.
