INTERIOR
Upon entering Les Trois Cyprès, you are welcomed by a refined interior with a modern and minimalist design. The main house opens its doors to an upper level, where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. A staircase leads down to an open space with a modern living room and a contemporary open kitchen, fully equipped with all amenities. Overlooking the garden, the dining table seats 8 people for cozy dinners with family and friends. The sitting area with a fireplace invites relaxation, while the French doors to the terrace invite you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the surroundings.
On this level, there is also the master bedroom. Equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, this spacious room offers an oasis of peace and privacy.
Independent from the main house is a charming guesthouse with its own facilities, ideal for guests seeking extra comfort and privacy, such as grandparents who want to enjoy the holiday with you. The guesthouse includes the 4th bedroom, and the bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet.
EXTERIOR
Outside, you are surrounded by an enchanting and playfully landscaped garden filled with Provençal plants and olive trees. Here, you can relax and enjoy the sun. The ideal location on the hill and the south-facing orientation of the house means you can enjoy an abundance of sunlight, even in the early and late season. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, surrounded by lush greenery, or enjoy a quiet moment on the terrace while overlooking the beautiful surroundings.
On the two levels on which this playfully designed villa is built, there are spacious parking spots where multiple cars can be parked.
For the upcoming rental season, some adjustments will be made to the outdoor furniture. For example, new sunbeds will be purchased for the pool area. All this to make your stay even more enjoyable!
