EXTERIOR
The garden of Villa Les Sarrins is designed as a true Provençal paradise, featuring numerous cypress trees, oleanders, ancient olive trees, and beautiful flowering plants. A large outdoor dining table is placed under a wisteria-covered pergola. Next to the pool, there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a dining table, refrigerator, fireplace, and sink. From the living room, French doors open to a delightful lounge area where you can relax, enjoy drinks, and take in the splendid views of the vineyards.

The delightful heated pool features a broad entry staircase, and two wrought-iron gates provide access, ensuring that children cannot directly enter. However, please note that the pool is not fully fenced, and there is no fence between the bushes. Additionally, a refreshing outdoor shower is available near the pool, along with ample sun loungers and umbrellas.

The garden spans 7000m2, beautifully landscaped and enclosed with an electric gate. A long driveway leads to the property’s entrance through the gate. There is plenty of play space for children, and parking is available for up to 4 cars. A petanque court is also present on the property. The villa offers privacy and tranquility, with no direct view from neighbors. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac, ensuring minimal traffic, as it is the second-to-last house on this road.

INTERIOR
Villa Les Sarrins is a delightful and spacious villa for 6 people, exquisitely decorated in a romantic and classic style. It is highly recommended for those who appreciate a romantic, classic atmosphere. You enter the house into the living room, which leads to the dining room with an open kitchen. The living room features a seating area with a fireplace. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, a TV with Dutch channels, a DVD player, and a radio/CD player. Large French doors open to the covered terrace with breathtaking views over the valley, vineyards of the nearby Chateau les Sarrins, and the garden.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, American fridge with an ice maker, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining room with a dining table and views/French doors to the patio behind the house. Outside, there is another large dining table for 8 people and a gas barbecue. Additionally, the poolhouse offers an extra fridge, sink, and fireplace.

On the level of the living room, there is a large bedroom for two with a beautiful view of the garden. This bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet.

On level -1, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. These bedrooms also have French doors opening to the garden. These two bedrooms naturally stay cool and are equipped with fans. Due to the thick walls of the house, it often remains pleasantly cool inside during the summer. All three bedrooms have high-quality beds/mattresses.
