Upon entering Villa Les Mirabelles, you are welcomed by a newly equipped kitchen on your left and a spacious living room on your right. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. In the comfortable living room, you’ll find a seating area for relaxation and a smart TV for entertainment. Most rooms feature French doors that open onto the various terraces surrounding the house, allowing you to stay connected with the beautiful surroundings at all times.
The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, while the second bathroom has a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet in the villa. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm), providing comfortable accommodation for up to six people.
Outside, you can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden with various Provençal plants and several terraces. The private swimming pool, surrounded by four sun loungers and two deck chairs, offers refreshment on warm days. The pool is ideally located facing southwest, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. There is also a dining table with six chairs by the pool, perfect for cozy barbecues and outdoor dining. Additionally, there are two verandas where you can relax and enjoy the shade, as well as a terrace with stunning views over the hills towards Lorgues. In short, Villa Les Mirabelles offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Provence.

**ACTIVITIES**
Villa Les Mirabelles offers an ideal location for a variety of activities such as swimming in the nearby river, fishing, kayaking, cycling/mountain biking, and hiking through the surrounding vineyards. A short walk takes you to the vineyards and olive groves on the hill, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. As you head towards the Argens River, you’ll find a small beach with waterfalls. Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at three nearby golf courses. Tennis courts are available in Le Thoronet and Lorgues, along with an equestrian center in Lorgues. The natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon is about 45 minutes away, perfect for climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, and paddle boating. The beaches of Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime are accessible within 35 and 45 minutes, respectively.
For families, the treetop adventure park at Château Arnaude, between Lorgues and Vidauban, is highly recommended, with courses suitable for children from the age of 3. A new water park near the center of Vidauban promises fun with inflatables, trampolines, climbing obstacles, and tall water slides, also suitable for children from the age of 3, with life jackets available. The park also features a terrace with a bar and a playground.
**CULINARY AND WINE**
Discover Provençal cuisine in the many bistros and restaurants in the region. The famous Bruno restaurant in Lorgues, known as “the king of truffles,” is a must-visit. Charming terraces shaded by plane trees invite you to enjoy a glass of rosé. The region is also characterized by historic wine châteaux where you can taste and purchase local wines. Other recommended restaurants include Le Relais des Moines in Les Arcs, Bistrot Chez Ludo in Lorgues, La Main à la Pâte for authentic Italian pasta with live music in the summer. **Château Mentone**, near Saint Antonin du Var, is an excellent culinary destination. In Flayosc, Le Nid, La Salle à Manger, and Le Cigalou come highly recommended, as do La Bastide des Magnans in Vidauban and La Bastide la Fangouse in Entrecasteaux.
