The villa is located in Domaine Bois des Demoiselles, a green forest area on the outskirts of Draguignan. The house has 1 hectare of land with a vineyard. A beautiful view with only nature is ensured, while the supermarket and commercial and lively center of Draguignan are located just a few kilometers from the house.

The driveway and parking facilities are located on the north side of the villa. There is one covered parking space. The garden of 1 hectare goes around the house. There’s a lower part with open garages where you can also find the ping-pong table. Pets are allowed but please note that the garden is not fenced.

The outdoor setting is characterized by a fantastic pool terrace with open views. You will find several sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. A new lounge corner will be provided for next season to enjoy a good glass of rosé together. The pergola with reed mats provides some shade above the wooden dining table. The pool itself is a bliss for swimming lovers with a size of no less than 13 m by 5 m. There are steps to access the pool and also a “plage” or low water section over the entire length of the pool which is very practical for smaller children. The deep part is 1.5 m over the whole length.

You enter the house in a small hallway with a guest toilet. From there you walk into a large open space with in the middle an open staircase, so that the sitting area is split off from the dining area. The living room has a lot of light through the large window structures with metal profile. These give a very modern accent to the house. The dining table is also a modern design element and the leather chairs are handmade. The living room has simple but comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace and a TV corner. In the winter months, this space will get some additional styling. The windows and patio doors of the living room open directly onto the pool terrace.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with another large dining table. The kitchen is very practically furnished with all necessary elements and electronics. Just think of a dishwasher at a height, which makes it much easier to load and unload. There are also 2 different ovens, a traditional and a steam oven, an induction hob with 5 burners… and a lot of kitchen equipment! Even the best chef will not lack anything here.

The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace. The perfect place to have a outdoor meal and enjoy the beautiful view without being bothered by too much sunlight. A gas plancha can enhance the cooking skills while the children play on the baby foot.

A first bedroom is located next to the living room and opens onto its own private terrace through patio doors. Nice to take your coffee at your own pace in the morning. The room has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. The annex bathroom has a double sink, a bath, a walk-in shower and a toilet.

The following bedrooms are accessible via the open staircase in the living room. Small children were considered when installing a safety gate on the stairs. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. At the front is a family room or children’s room because it consists of a double loft bed and 2 single beds (which can be pushed together if necessary). A wooden baby cot is also available. Despite the number of beds, the room remains very spacious with plenty of cupboard space and an interesting height with a wooden beam. There is a small annex bathroom with sink and shower.

Bedroom 3 and 4 are both located at the south of the house providing a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the green surroundings. They both have a double bed, made-in desk and closet space. They each have a separate toilet with door in the room and an annex bathroom with sink and shower.

The entire house is equipped with a new air conditioning system, both in the rooms upstairs and downstairs in the bedroom, living room, and dining room.
