The domain is closed off from the rural road with an electric gate. There is plenty of space to park cars at the front of the house. There are also 2 covered spots.
In the hall, with a staircase to the first floor, you connect to the living room and there is also a separate toilet. The living room is spacious with a very comfortable sitting area and a TV closet where the TV is nicely hidden. Of course there is WiFi, but also wireless speakers to play your own content. There is also a desk, if you need to quickly check your e-mail while on holiday ;-).
Adjacent is the kitchen with a large wooden dining table. From here, through large sliding glass doors, you have direct access to the outside terraces, again with a spacious 10-person dining table and comfortable lounge area. The very well-equipped open kitchen with American fridge has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
On the ground floor, next to the living room, is the master bedroom which is equipped with a luxurious electrically adjustable 2-person box spring. The bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. There is no shortage of storage space because there is a large built-in wardrobe.
On the first floor are 3 other beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with an electrically adjustable 2-person box spring and a private bathroom with a triangular bath and sink. The other with large double beds and a shared bathroom with shower and integrated sink. In the hall there is also a separate toilet. 2 rooms have a desk/dressing table and all rooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
The villa has, through a separate entrance on the side of the garden and the swimming pool, a spacious attached studio with a comfortable double bed. This studio also has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is even a small kitchen here. The studio is ideal for families who go on holiday with grandfather and grandfather, for example, so that they have their own accommodation.
All bedrooms and the living room of your holiday accommodation have air conditioning.
The outdoor area of the villa is characterized by a large covered terrace with dining table where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. In the garden of the holiday house are several cozy seats with lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing read or a drink. The slightly lower pool has a wide walk-in staircase and a pleasant size of 12 by 6 meters.
A pool house provides even more comfort because there is an extra toilet, a second refrigerator and a sink. There is also an outdoor shower.
