Description
This beautiful, newly renovated villa in the heart of Provence, within walking distance (600m) from the center of Flayosc, accommodates up to 6 people in complete comfort. A highlight of this property is the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Both the living room and the kitchen can be fully opened with large sliding doors, merging the terraces in front of the house with the kitchen and living area. There is one large covered terrace with a dining table for 6, and two spacious uncovered terraces with lounge chairs and a BBQ. There is also plenty of terrace space around the pool, including a lounge area and an outdoor shower.
The new, perfectly finished mosaic pool with a natural stone terrace is a real eye-catcher. Additionally, the beautiful garden with olive trees and a playground with a slide and swing provides an authentic Provence experience!

Interior
Inside, Villa Jardin Verdoyant is bright and spacious, with large windows overlooking the surrounding terraces. The living room exudes a cozy Provençal atmosphere and features an open fireplace, comfortable seating, a large dining table, and international TV channels via Chromecast. From the living room, you can access the modern, recently installed open kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, an oven with grill, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The central worktop with two bar stools is ideal for preparing meals together or enjoying a coffee. The American fridge/freezer provides refreshing ice cubes, and a washing machine is available in the adjacent utility room.
The hallway leading to the bedrooms can be closed off with a door for added privacy. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, as the upper floor is not accessible to guests. There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath-shower combination, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet in the hallway. For extra comfort, the entire villa is fitted with a central air conditioning system, ensuring a pleasant coolness throughout the interior.

Exterior
Villa Jardin Verdoyant invites you to spend your holiday in style. This well-finished, detached villa is south-facing and located just 600 meters from the charming village of Flayosc, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Provençal garden of 2200 m² with olive trees, flowers, and herbs, offering partial fencing for privacy and tranquility. At the heart of the outdoor space is the recently installed 9 by 5-meter mosaic pool, which has an electric cover for children’s safety. With Roman steps for easy entry, the pool also features an outdoor shower.
Adjacent to the villa is a covered terrace with a spacious dining table and a cozy lounge area with rattan seating, perfect for relaxation. The terrace leads to an open area with access to the natural stone pool terrace, where there are enough sun loungers and parasols for the whole group. Additionally, there is a brand new lounge set and a Weber gas BBQ, ideal for long summer evenings. The villa has its own private driveway with an automatic gate, allowing easy parking near the front door or in private spots along the road. The garage is not available for guest use.

The house is located within a short easy walking distance to town (600meters). In the village you will find several gourmet restaurants, cozy bistros, grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy and a weekly Provencal market.
Flayosc is known as one of the charming villages in the inland of the Var. You will find cozy restaurants, the local bakery, a local boutique and so on. The village has been developed in recent years with a playground, walking areas with fitness options, horse riding and all kinds of other relaxation. Not to forget the wine chateaux nearby.
And of course the surrounding villages such as Lorgues, Tourtour, Aups all with charming Provencal markets. But also a day trip to the sea, with Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez in close proximity. Or the park of the Gorges de Verdon, known for its bright blue water. Cities such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice or Cannes are also easy to visit due to the smooth connection.
