INTERIOR
There is a modern, spacious and open kitchen with induction hob, American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and espresso coffee machine and a dining table suited for 8 persons. You also find a spacious living / dining room with a beautiful planter with a palm tree. The living room has a large sofa, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, internet, iPod base and DVD (home cinema).
From the kitchen and living room there are doors with direct access to the covered terrace and the garden. From the living room, the hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms on the right and left have their own shower, basin and doors opening to the outside. Further down the hall you find another 2 bedrooms, one bedroom also has doors opening to the outside. At the end of the hallway is a shared bathroom with two basins and a bathtub with a shower. The decor is modern and attractive. All bedrooms are on the ground floor.
EXTERIOR
Villa Frederic is a beautiful Neo-Provençal villa suited for up to 8 people with private heated pool (11×4,5m), set on a private fenced plot of 4000m2. The villa has all modern appliances. There is a spacious covered terrace with a large dining table, where you can enjoy the view over the pool, garden and hills beyond. There is a gas barbecue and the pool has a shallow end that gradually from where the depth gradually increases. Around the pool is a beautiful garden with lawn and a number of old olive trees. Around the pool are plenty of loungers and a parasol.
The villa is located in peaceful surroundings, has lots of privacy and is near the village Lorgues, the village centre of this popular market town just 2 km away with its many restaurants and pubs. The supermarkets, bakery, butcher, newsagent e.g. are all nearby. A must see is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues.
In the area there are numerous wine chateaux, the famous Provençal markets and the capital of the Var, Draguignan, is 15 minutes drive. Cotignac, Flayosc and Tourtour are very nice villages to visit. The beaches of Frejus, St Maxime and St Tropez are about 35 kms drive. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon / Hyers are all within 1 hour.
The swimming pool can be heated on request in the spring and autumn for € 100 per week.
In July and August this is not necessary, because then the pool water of itself already has a wonderful temperature.
There is an outlet outside for charging an electric vehicle.
