Outdoor Area
The villa is set on a spacious 5000m² plot that is fully enclosed, making it ideal for families with dogs. The pool area is a highlight, featuring an 11 by 5 meter pool with a natural stone terrace, complemented by numerous sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a gradual slope from 1 to 2 meters in depth, ensuring a comfortable swim for everyone.
The pool house enhances outdoor living with its own pizza oven and plancha grill, perfect for preparing meals in a relaxed setting. A large wooden table with matching chairs provides ample seating for dining with friends and family. In addition to the pool house, the villa boasts multiple terraces equipped for dining, sipping drinks, reading a book in cozy seating areas, or enjoying a friendly game of foosball. The expansive lawn and the breathtaking elevated view offer a sense of freedom and tranquility.
