The outdoor area is fully fenced and dog-friendly, featuring an impressive 11×5-meter swimming pool, surrounded by a natural stone terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a gradual depth from 1 to 2 meters, making it perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing swim.
The pool house, with its rustic wooden beams and authentic pizza oven, offers the ideal setting for cozy outdoor dinners. Here, you’ll find a large wooden table and chairs that can accommodate the entire group. The villa itself boasts several terraces, perfect for enjoying a meal, a glass of wine, or a good book in the comfortable seating areas. For game enthusiasts, a foosball table is also available.
