Villa Domie is a wonderful holiday home set on a spacious private estate, directly on the banks of the Argens River. A natural garden path leads you to your own private beach, where you can take a refreshing dip in the clear water on warm summer days. Here, you can enjoy pure nature, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of the river.
On the terrace, you can relax in the sun, while the small but charming swimming pool offers a perfect way to cool off. The villa is ideally located between Saint-Antonin-du-Var and Lorgues, making it easy to explore both the charming villages of Provence and the Côte d’Azur.
The house accommodates 4 guests and features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Villa Domie is new in our portfolio. During the initial photo shoot, the garden was not yet fully finished, but we will be returning soon to take new pictures.

Villa Domie is a wonderful Provençal holiday home where indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly. The bright living room with an open kitchen has a fresh, well-maintained interior and opens onto the spacious terrace through large French doors. A pergola provides pleasant shade, making it the perfect spot for long, relaxing outdoor meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American-style fridge with freezer, a spacious oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a breakfast bar, and a dishwasher. The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom fitted with a sink, shower, and toilet. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room, ensuring plenty of privacy.
Outside, you are surrounded by nature. Through the gate, you enter the expansive private estate of no less than 30,000 m², filled with trees, fragrant flowers, and lush plants. A natural garden path leads to the Argens River, where a small private beach invites you to take a refreshing swim.
Adjacent to the villa is a spacious, covered terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings. Additionally, there is a newly built saltwater swimming pool. This small but charming pool offers a lovely place to cool off and enjoy the Provençal sun.
Villa Domie is an ideal retreat for those seeking nature, as well as the perfect base for exploring Provence and the Côte d’Azur.

ACTIVITIES
The villa is ideally located for a wide range of activities, such as kayaking on the Argens River (3 min), cycling/mountain biking, and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can also enjoy golf (three golf courses in the area), tennis, and horse riding. About 35 minutes away, you’ll find the stunning natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, perfect for rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boating, and more. The beach and the sea are within a 45-minute drive.
