Interior
The interior of Villa Coti Cosy blends modern elegance with the authentic charm of Provence. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The largest bedroom, located on the first floor, boasts a generous bed measuring 180×200 cm. The other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and are equipped with beds measuring 140×200 cm and 160×200 cm. In total, there are 3 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with a shower. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a bathroom.
The bright, open living room exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by a cozy fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a Nespresso machine. For entertainment, there are three TVs with Chromecast, allowing easy access to your favorite streaming services. Additionally, a sound system is available to enjoy your favorite music.
Exterior
The villa is set on a beautifully enclosed plot of 1000 m², offering tranquility and privacy. The 10×5 meter swimming pool is an ideal spot to relax and cool off on warm summer days. Surrounding the pool is a spacious terrace with sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower near the pool.
The covered outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue (both a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha), provides the perfect setting for long, enjoyable evenings with family and friends. The spacious garden is child-friendly and offers ample space for play.
The pool can be heated in the spring and autumn for a small additional fee, allowing you to enjoy it throughout the season. The chlorine system ensures the water is always clean and clear.
