Interior
As you enter the villa through the front door, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway that provides access to two generous master bedrooms. Both rooms feature their own private bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. From the hallway, a staircase leads to the cozy living area, which includes an open kitchen and a large living room designed for both convenience and sociability. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and connects seamlessly to the comfortable living/dining area, where multiple seating options and a large dining table create the perfect setting for relaxed meals and cozy evenings.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room, equipped with an extra refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. On this floor, which has direct access to the garden, you will also find two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The saltwater pool features an electric cover for added safety. Luxurious sun loungers and a large parasol enhance the ultimate holiday experience. The pool is open from May 1st to the end of September. For additional entertainment, a ping-pong table with paddles and balls is available.
At the front of the villa, there is ample private parking space.
