This newly completed, spacious villa is located just 2 kilometers from the village center of Lorgues, in a quiet villa district with stunning views.
Villa Bellevue de Lorgues is modernly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Bonus points are the air conditioning in all rooms, a private bathroom for each bedroom, and the heated, fenced private pool. All spaces are located on the ground floor and there are also two adapted bathrooms for the disabled. In short: this is an ideal location for a wonderful, relaxing holiday in Provence.
The swimming pool can be heated on request:
– at a surcharge of 100€ per week during June and September
– at a surcharge of 150€ per week during April, May and October
– at a surcharge of 300€ per week during all other periods
*During the months of July and August the swimming pool cannot be heated since then the water already naturally has a very pleasant temperature.

EXTERIOR
Villa Bellevue de Lorgues is a modern built villa, suitable for up to 8 people with a heated and fenced private pool. The villa is located on a private plot of 1700m2. This modern villa is fully equipped and has a garden made up of spacious terraces that allow you to enjoy the great view of the area. There is also a jeu de boules court.
The open kitchen and living room are located on a spacious terrace with a large dining table with an electric folding awning that provides the necessary shade. There is a covered summer kitchen in the pool house, where you can also enjoy a summer meal.
The house is located to the east which makes for a beautiful sunrise and from the late afternoon the terrace is in the shade, so it cools down a bit towards the evening.
The swimming pool has a lower part for the children (25 cm deep) and descends to an area where you can also jump (1m80 deep). Fun for all ages. The water is without chlore, that is much better for the skin.
INTERIOR
Villa Bellevue the Lorgues has a living space of 160 m2 and is newly built in the summer of 2020. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The villa has an attractive spacious living room with TV and WiFi. There is a large comfortable sofa and a dining table with modern chairs.
Through the large sliding doors you have access to the spacious terrace. The open kitchen is spacious and fully furnished to the wishes of the modern holiday guest. For example, there is a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, separate oven, kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar.
In addition, there is a drinking water fountain in the kitchen, eliminating the need to buy bottled water.
All 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The sleeping areas are spacious with ample storage space and are all air-conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a large sliding door that gives you access to the outside. The 4 bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Two bathrooms have an adapted shower room, so that they are also suitable for disabled people.
Locatie
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, near the village of Lorgues. The center of the popular market village of Lorgues is 2 km away, where you will find numerous restaurants and terraces. The supermarkets, bakers, butchers, newspaper kiosk etc. are all close by. A must is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues.
In the area there are numerous wine châteaux, the well-known Provencal markets and the capital of the Var Draguignan is a 15-minute drive away. Cotignac, Flayosc and Tourtour are very nice villages to visit. The beaches of Fréjus, Ste. Maxime and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon / Hyères can all be reached within 1 hour.
