Villa Bazire – Luxury, Privacy, and Relaxation in Provence
The bumpy side road leads you eagerly to Villa Bazire, an elegant property nestled in a quiet residential area. Here, you can enjoy complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors, yet stay close to commercial amenities and the prestigious Terre Blanche golf course.
Exterior
An electrically operated gate welcomes you to the estate, where ample parking is available next to the villa or under the tall trees. The double garage is currently set up as a recreation room with a table tennis table and a pool table. It also doubles as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
The outdoor space radiates peace and relaxation. The fenced 10×5 meter mosaic-tiled infinity pool, with a water overflow feature, is a stunning centerpiece. With a depth of up to 1.8 meters and easy access via Roman steps, it’s perfect for hours of enjoyment. Comfortable loungers and parasols surround the pool, creating the ideal spot to unwind. The expansive terrace along the villa offers a cozy lounge area and a covered dining space with a wooden table for 10 people. The garden, with its colorful flowers, mature greenery, and shaded corners, is a true oasis. For added fun, there’s a 4×4 meter trampoline and a multipurpose field for pétanque or football.
