EXTERIOR
Villa Babette is a characteristic Provençal villa for eight people, situated on a fenced plot of 4000m2 with a private swimming pool. The surroundings are rural where peace, space, and privacy come together. Panoramic views over the valley and the ancient village of Callas, located 2 kilometers away.
A beautifully landscaped garden of 4000 m2 with charming stone restanques and shady trees. In the garden, there is a table tennis table, a petanque court, and a dartboard available and is beautifully illuminated in the evenings.
The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon are just 30 km away. In the medieval villages, you will find not only remarkable antiquities but also attractive antique markets. You can experience the ambiance of terraces under the characteristic ancient plane trees and enjoy the hospitality of restaurateurs with their well-known Provençal cuisine.
From the kitchen, there is a large dining table under a covered terrace and a lovely lounge area. From there, stairs lead to the lower-level private swimming pool of 10×5 meters. Surrounding the pool is a tiled terrace with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. A fixed barbecue and gas barbecue are available. The pool is equipped with the legally required alarm system.
INTERIOR
The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Upon entering, there is a spacious hall and a guest toilet, followed by a spacious and charming living room with a fireplace, internet (Wi-Fi), and widescreen television with Chromecast for watching your favorite (Dutch) channels and Netflix.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, and a microwave. From the living room, dining room, and kitchen, there are French doors leading to the partially covered terrace. Utility room with washing machine.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for two people with a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and French doors leading to the terrace.
First floor: two spacious bedrooms for two people and an additional (fourth) bedroom, which is smaller and has a bunk bed. On this floor is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and separate toilet.
From one of the bedrooms, there are French doors leading to a large balcony with beautiful views over the pool and the valley.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
