Interior
This 200 m² villa combines a classic look with modern amenities.
The property offers a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, three refrigerators, a Nespresso machine, and a large open fireplace. Entertainment options, including international TV channels, Chromecast, and a Bluetooth speaker, complete your stay.
The interior includes five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms:
Bedrooms 1-5: Four bedrooms feature a double bed measuring 190 x 160 cm. The fifth bedroom has two separate beds, which can be combined to form a double bed. All beds are recently equipped with quality new mattresses.
Additional sleeping option: One of the master bedrooms has a single bed measuring 190 x 80 cm, ideal for a child.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Need to work during the holiday? A comfortable workspace is available on the landing.
Mas Saint Michel offers four stylish bathrooms, each equipped with a modern shower, providing optimal comfort and privacy. Two of these bathrooms also feature a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after an active day. Additionally, the villa includes four toilets.
The bathrooms are modern and seamlessly match the villa’s comfort level. Thanks to the combination of luxury amenities and stylish finishes, the bathrooms extend the relaxation this villa has to offer.
Exterior
Outside, the villa features a large saltwater pool measuring 12 x 5 x 2.5 meters, surrounded by sun loungers and a covered terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings. The private tennis court on the property offers ample opportunities for active relaxation. The villa includes a gas barbecue and various seating areas scattered around the grounds for you to enjoy the surroundings. There is also ample parking available at the property.
Mas Saint Michel is just 900 meters from the center of Salernes, an authentic Provençal village renowned for its beautiful ceramics. Here, you can discover local crafts and stroll through the weekly market every Sunday, where you’ll find fresh produce and local delicacies.
Salernes is also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.
