From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Cotignac, and the adjacent olive grove enhances the delightful rural atmosphere while keeping you close to the lively center. In the garden, there is an authentic water basin measuring 2.00m by 1.50m with spring water (equipped with a filtration system) that has been transformed into a spa for a refreshing experience in the summer.

INTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a charming, detached town cottage of approximately 50m², ideal for two people (and 1 kid). The villa, constructed entirely of natural stone, has been recently renovated while preserving its authentic character. Inside, the space is decorated with a warm and inviting ambiance.
The layout is as follows: On street level, there is a cozy living room with a seating area, TV, and WIFI internet. Adjacent to the living room, a new extension has been added, featuring a bedroom with a beautiful view of the village of Cotignac. For a family with one child (on request!), there is a comfortable single bed in the living room that can be folded away into a custom-built cabinet. This level also includes a separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The ground floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, houses the dining area with a four-person table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is built into the vaulted ceilings of the old structure, with a standing height of about 1.85m. It is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. French doors lead to a delightful garden, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the famous cave dwellings of Cotignac. On this level, the new extension also offers a cozy salon, ideal for reading or enjoying a glass of wine.
The villa is air-conditioned, and screens are fitted on the windows to keep insects out.
EXTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a beautiful detached townhouse just 300m from the center of Cotignac, offering an exceptionally picturesque view of the village and the cave dwellings on the opposite side of the village.
The delightful garden, approximately 400m2, is adorned with numerous flowers and plants and features a covered terrace with a spacious dining table, several sunbeds, and a Gas BBQ. Adjacent to the house is an authentic water basin measuring 2.00m by 1.50m with a filtration system, providing a refreshing spot to cool off in the summer. The basin is filled from the spring, offering clear and beautiful water.
From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Cotignac, and the olive grove in front places you right in the center while experiencing the delightful rural Provencal feeling. There’s also an additional covered terrace with a spacious dining table, sunbeds, and a gas BBQ.
Approximately 50m away, there is a large parking lot for the residents of this street, where you can park your car. Since the parking lot is exclusively for residents, there is always space available.
Arrival and departure day is on a Friday.
(In the spring and fall, arrival day on Saturday is also possible upon agreement)
