Maison Montchou is a very comfortable villa with a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over a main house and an outbuilding. The main house is suitable for groups of up to 8 people. If you are only interested in renting the main house, we would like to refer you to the relevant page Maison Montchou (8p). When the outbuilding is also rented, a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children can be welcomed.
It comes with a heated pool with infinity effect, from where you have a magnificent view over the valley. This is an excellent location to enjoy the comfortable Provençal lifestyle and climate, during all four seasons.

**EXTERIOR**
The delightful garden features a large heated swimming pool with overflow and plenty of sun loungers and seating areas to enjoy in the shade and/or sun. There’s also an outdoor shower available. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built-in barbecue and a second refrigerator. You can enjoy breakfast in the French sun here in the mornings. Further down in the garden, there’s a Petanque court for some activity alongside relaxation.
Because the property has a heated pool, central heating, and a fireplace, it’s also very suitable for rental in the pleasant spring and autumn seasons, and even in winter, this is an ideal villa.
If desired, you can have the pool heated at 26°C for an additional charge in spring and autumn. In July and August, the pool water already has a delightful temperature naturally.
**INTERIOR**
Maison Montchou is a very comfortable home with a cozy interior, lots of privacy, and a beautiful view! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Maison Montchou is very suitable for 2 families or several couples. All bedrooms in the main house as well as the dining room have air conditioning. If the annex is also rented at the specified additional cost, there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor:
The cozy living room with a loft is connected to the terrace via French doors. Adjacent to the seating area is the TV area with a fireplace two steps lower. International television channels are available as well as a DVD/CD player. The living room is connected to the dining room, which also has French doors opening onto the terrace. From the 8-person dining table, you have a view of the pool and the beautiful valley. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house and in the garden.
Through the dining room, you enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso machine. Then you enter the hallway, where there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, double sink, and a shower. Adjacent to it is the first double bedroom. Opposite is a double room with a double bed. The rear double bedroom has direct access to a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and a separate toilet.
First floor:
The staircase between the living room and dining room leads to the first floor. The staircase opens onto the loft, where you can sit to read or work quietly on the computer. Via three steps, you enter a small hallway, where there is a toilet, the third bathroom, and the master bedroom. The renovated bathroom has a double sink and a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, spacious closets, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and surroundings. In the distance, you can see the village of Tourrettes.
**ANNEX**
The renovated annex is located 50 meters away from the main house and has its own parking space and 2 terraces with a table for 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a sitting/dining room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and another additional bathroom. It’s important to note that there is no Wi-Fi connection in the annex.
The village of Tourrettes is located 2 km away. This is an excellent location to enjoy the rich Provençal life and climate throughout the four seasons. Nearby are well-known places such as Cannes, Fayence, Grasse, Nice, Fréjus, and St. Tropez.
