Maison La Pléiade is a warm and inviting holiday home for 6 guests, nestled in a quiet residential area near the village centre. The beautifully landscaped garden, filled with fragrant flowers and Mediterranean plants, offers complete privacy and several cosy seating areas to fully enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. The private swimming pool can be heated (outside the high season) and is perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. On the fully enclosed grounds, there is ample space to safely park several cars. A wonderful retreat for those seeking comfort, tranquillity, and authentic Provençal charm.

Outdoor living with comfort and complete privacy
Maison La Pléiade is set on a fully enclosed plot of 800 m² and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday under the southern French sun. At the heart of the garden lies the heated swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m), surrounded by a stylish wooden deck with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There’s also a grassy area, perfect for children to play safely. The covered terrace, directly accessible from the house, features a cosy lounge corner and a spacious dining table – ideal for long summer evenings with a good glass of local wine. An electric gate gives access to the driveway, where there’s ample space to park several cars securely on the property.
Stylish interior with all modern comforts
Inside, the villa combines warm ambience with tasteful finishes and a practical layout. There are three bedrooms: two with 160 x 200 cm beds and one with a 140 x 200 cm bed. The red bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bathroom, shared by the other bedrooms, includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway near the bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the inviting living area with a comfortable sitting corner and dining table. Large sliding doors open onto the covered terrace, creating a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. The house is fully air-conditioned. The house is connected with the neigbours only by the garage.

Maison La Pléiade is nestled in a quiet residential area of the picturesque village of Gonfaron, just a 10-minute walk from the lively village square. This is where authentic southern French life unfolds, especially on warm summer evenings when the square hosts local events such as open-air concerts, dance nights, and atmospheric night markets.
Within walking distance you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, and a traditional wine cooperative – all just a 6-minute stroll away. For daily groceries, the nearest supermarket is only a 5-minute drive.
Culture lovers will be delighted by the hidden gems nearby. A 15-minute drive brings you to the Commanderie de Peyrassol in Flassans, home to one of Europe’s largest open-air modern art collections. Also worth a visit are the Fondation Venet in Le Muy (by reservation) and the iconic Villa Noailles in Hyères – both reachable within an hour.
Nature enthusiasts will feel right at home here. Just 8 km from the village lies the Plaine des Maures, a vast natural reserve perfect for cycling and hiking among cork oaks and vineyards. The Massif des Maures offers countless well-marked trails and is the natural habitat of the rare Hermann’s tortoise. Families with children will enjoy a fun outing to the Tortue Village in Carnoules – a sanctuary home to more than 1,300 tortoises.
The area is also a true paradise for wine lovers. The surroundings of Gonfaron are dotted with vineyards and charming wine estates offering tastings of delicious local wines. And for those who enjoy fresh local produce, there are various nearby farms where you can buy fruit, vegetables, and artisanal dairy products directly from the source.
Thanks to its central location, Gonfaron is also a great base for day trips to iconic destinations such as Toulon, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, or Aix-en-Provence, all within about an hour’s drive. The village even has its own train station on the Toulon – Nice line, making it easily accessible even without a car.
