This beautiful Provençal cottage, situated above the famous rock of Cotignac and fully renovated in 2023, offers a unique panoramic view of the charming village and the green hills of Provence. It is just a 10-minute walk from the village center.
Cotignac features a weekly Provençal market, numerous fountains, charming restaurants and shops, and a central square with plane trees. The hilly surroundings, with olive trees and vineyards, offer great dining options, beautiful golf courses like Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume, as well as scenic hiking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is only an hour’s drive away, and nearby you will find the famous Gorges du Verdon and the stunning Lac Sainte Croix.

Maison du Rocher is a charming Provençal villa, located in the picturesque village of Cotignac, just a 10-minute walk from shops and restaurants. This beautiful property offers breathtaking views of the village and the surrounding nature. The villa accommodates up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large garden of 600m² with a private pool measuring 3 by 3 meters. The combination of Provençal style and modern amenities makes this house the perfect holiday spot for those seeking comfort and tranquility.
Interior
The interior of Maison du Rocher is modernly furnished, with attention to comfort and functionality. The villa has a total area of 60m² and features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm, while another room is equipped with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and a third room with a bunk bed of 90 x 200 cm. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and both with a shower. Additionally, there are 2 toilets. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and modern conveniences such as WiFi, a television with Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. There is no air conditioning, but there is heating for the cooler months. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.
Exterior
The villa is situated in an elevated location, offering stunning views of the surroundings. The 600m² garden provides plenty of privacy and tranquility. At the heart of the garden is a 3 x 3 meter pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. Although the pool is not heated, it provides ample cooling in the summer. There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue. The property is not fully fenced but offers sufficient space and privacy. The villa has parking available for two cars.
