EXTERIOR
Welcome to Maison Arcadis, an exclusive holiday destination nestled on a lush terrain of 3500m2, divided into picturesque terraces. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, this enchanting property offers a heated private pool with an inviting walk-in entrance and a shallow area at the beginning, perfect for relaxation. Near the pool on the ground floor, you’ll find a covered bar, 4 loungers, and in the garden, another 4 loungers, along with umbrellas and various seating and lounge areas. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a delightful seating area. For families with young children, safety is ensured with a fence and pool alarm. Enjoy the evenings with atmospheric lighting in the garden. A gas BBQ (Weber) and plancha are available, and parking is easy with a charging station for electric cars.
INTERIOR
Step into the beautifully renovated open kitchen of Maison Arcadis, equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction cooktop with 6 cooking zones, oven, microwave, XL dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and an Espresso coffee machine. The spacious living/dining room welcomes you with a flat-screen TV (Dutch channels included), Starlink satellite internet, a Bluetooth music box, a large dining table, and a cozy seating area with a fireplace.
The four bedrooms of Maison Arcadis offer comfort and style. Upstairs, two very spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) features a generous double bed, two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower in the room, air conditioning, and a large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is ideal for children with two single beds, a baby crib, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have French doors opening onto the balcony with a stunning view of the valley. On the landing, an additional toilet is available. An ironing board and iron are provided.
On the ground floor, you enter the guest apartment from the hall. This air-conditioned room has a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 is also on the ground floor and has two single beds with a large built-in wardrobe and French doors opening onto the garden (no air conditioning in this room). At the adjacent entrance, there is a dryer and an additional guest toilet. This room uses the bathroom next to the kitchen, equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet, where the washing machine is also located.

ACTIVITIES
Maison Arcadis offers an ideal location for a variety of activities such as swimming in the nearby river, fishing, kayaking, cycling/mountain biking, and hiking through the surrounding vineyards. A short walk takes you to the vineyards and olive groves on the hill, where beautiful walks are possible. Heading down to the river, 500 meters away, you’ll find a small beach with waterfalls in a 10-minute walk. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in their passion with 3 golf courses nearby, and tennis courts are available in Le Thoronet and Lorgues, as well as a riding stable in Lorgues. The natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon is about 45 minutes away, perfect for rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, and pedalo. The beaches and sea of Frejus and Sainte-Maxime are accessible within 35 and 45 minutes, respectively.
For families, the treetop adventure course of Chateau Arnaude between Lorgues and Vidauban is recommended, with various courses suitable for children from 3 years and older. A new water park near the center of Vidauban offers fun with cushions, trampolines, climbing obstacles, and high water slides, also suitable for children from 3 years with life vests available. The park also has a terrace with a bar and a playground.
CULINARY AND WINES
Explore Provençal cuisine in the many bistros and restaurants in the area. The renowned restaurant Bruno in Lorgues is known as “the truffle king.” Charming terraces under plane trees invite you to enjoy a glass of rosé. The region is characterized by old wine chateaux where you can taste and buy wine everywhere. Other recommended restaurants include Le Relais des Moines in Les Arcs, Bistrot Chez Ludo in Lorgues, La Main a la Pate for authentic Italian pasta and live music in summer. Chateau Mentone and Lou Cigalou near Saint Antonin du Var are excellent culinary destinations. Le Thoronet is 3.5 km away and the larger village of Lorgues is 6 km away. Le Thoronet has a number of nice restaurants, bakery, butcher, supermarket, playground and is best known for the medieval Abbaye du Thoronet. Lorgues is a pleasant village with old plane trees, many restaurants and terraces. The Tuesday morning market is one of the largest markets in the region. A lot is organized in the village in Summer.
