The L’Escapade Provençale estate spans over 8000 m², creating a genuine paradise for families and groups of friends with children. Nestled in verdant surroundings, the domain offers ample open space and facilities for both young and old.

Each unit features its own bedroom/bathroom, and depending on its size, private cooking facilities and terrace. There are 2 luxury lodges, complement to the main building and adjacent apartment, that are opened for use if you rent for a capacity until 22 pers. Check the other publication. The owner resides in the main building but in a secluded area, ensuring privacy for the guests with no intrusion during their stay.

The outdoor area comprises:

• A spacious pool measuring 12.5 m by 4 m, with broad entry stairs. The depth ranges from 1 m to 2.40 m. It can be heated in spring and fall upon request, paying an additional fee. Ample sun loungers, umbrellas, and folding chairs are available for the entire group. A lounge area is also provided for relaxing conversations.
• A new covered space with a solid wood structure and a typical Provençal tile roof serves as a communal dining and cooking area. It features a built-in outdoor kitchen with a countertop, sink, dishwasher, American fridge and freezer, plancha, and grill. A bar area and L-shaped long tables are also provided.
• A paradise for children with a playground equipped with a swing, slide, and trampoline. Adults might enjoy the jeu de boules or petanque, and there’s also a table tennis area. Hammocks are scattered around for moments of relaxation.
• Sufficient parking space for all vehicles, whether in the shade of tall trees or not.
• The garden is fenced except for one part, where there is a wall because of a difference in level.

The indoor environment is as follows, with the units in the order of the photos:

• Starting to the right of the main house in an annex is the largest apartment, accommodating up to 6 people. It spans 75 m² and includes two full bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed (for 2 people) in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining table, a beautiful bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. This apartment also features a dishwasher and washing machine. It concludes with a charming outdoor terrace and BBQ.
• The second apartment is for 4 people and covers 40 m². The large living space includes an equipped kitchen, also with a dishwasher, and a sofa/TV that serves as a sleeper sofa at night. The bedroom has a double bed and connects to the bathroom (single sink, toilet, and walk-in shower). From the covered terrace, there is a view of the greenery and the pool.
• The third apartment is 25 m² and features a living space with a small seating area, a table for 2, and a lovely kitchen. French doors open onto a private outdoor terrace, again with a table and BBQ. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and bathroom with a single sink, shower, and toilet have a tropical style.
• The studio has an area of 20 m², consisting of one large space with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a dining area with wooden table and chairs. A glass door opens to the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and single sink. There is also a private outdoor space.

All spaces are air-conditioned and there is Wi-Fi signal throughout the entire domain.
