Le Bastidon Provençal is suitable for up to four people. Outside, you can enjoy the heated pool, which maintains a pleasant temperature even during the off-season. It’s a perfect addition for relaxing in the late summer or early in the year, taking advantage of the mild Provençal climate.
Interior
This charming home features two bedrooms, each with a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor. A unique feature of La Bastidon is that the floors are not internally connected; you access the first floor via an outdoor staircase. Both bedrooms have their own staircase leading to the first floor, with the bathroom providing a connection between the two rooms.
Le Bastidon Provençal has two toilets: one is located in the bathroom on the first floor, and the second is on the ground floor in a small area behind the house. This second toilet is not directly accessible from the living room or kitchen but can be reached from outside, adding to the authentic Provençal style of the property.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and provides heating for cooler evenings. The rustic interior creates a cozy atmosphere, and for added convenience, there is a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine for your favorite coffee.
Exterior
The grounds of Le Bastidon Provençal cover 5,000 m² and are fully enclosed, allowing you to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. The heated pool, measuring 6×4 meters, is perfect for a refreshing swim any time of the year, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower for added comfort after swimming.
For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there is a barbecue available, ideal for long, enjoyable evenings in the garden.
Le Bastidon Provençal is perfectly located in the heart of the French countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The charming Provençal village of Cotignac is just 4 km from the villa. The area is rich with wine châteaux and picturesque Provençal markets. The vibrant cities of Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence are within an hour to an hour and a half’s drive, while the beautiful beaches of Ste. Maxime, Fréjus, and St. Tropez are only 40 to 55 minutes away by car.
