This villa consists of a main house and a renovated annex. This makes the house ideal for several families with children. The house has a striking Franco-Belgian decor in which a combination is made of brocante with more modern items. On the walls there are countless frames with paintings and portraits that you can gaze at for hours.

The living room is cosily furnished with a fireplace and large sofa. There is a staircase that leads to a mezzanine, where there are 2 work places at a spacious desk. In the living area, there is a dining table that can be extended for the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences while retaining the authentic kitchen cabinets. There is an AGA gas stove with several ovens. In the kitchen is a storage room with American fridge, washing machine and dryer.

In the main house there are 2 bedrooms. These two are connected via an inner door that can also be closed. There is 1 double room with a bathroom with a shower, single sink and a separate toilet. The other room is a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. From this family room there is another staircase leading up to a smaller room with a single bed and all sorts of games and toys. This family room also has a private bathroom with a single sink, shower and toilet. In the renovated separate house, which you can reach through an outside door, is a large entrance with cozy sofas and a TV with DVD player. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box springs and each has its own bathroom with toilet. One bathroom has a shower and the other a bath.

There is air conditioning in 1 bedroom. The property generally keeps quite cool during the summer due to the traditional building style with thick walls. In the annex there is a fan.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful Provencal garden in several floors, located in a wooded area. To the right of the house there is a jeu de boules alley and a piece of grass with a goal to play football. On the left side above the house there is a lounge corner with two hanging chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view in peace. On the left side of the house, you enter the large fenced swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters through a gate. The pool has a depth of about 1.5 to 2.5 meters, can be heated and has a pool cover. Around the pool is a terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The house itself has a covered terrace with dining table, an electric plancha and an outside refrigerator. In the front garden there is also a cozy sunbed and there is a sitting area under the Mûriers to enjoy the beautiful sunset! Because the garden is built on different levels, you should keep an eye on smaller children in your company.
