Interior
The interior of La Vue Infinie is modern and stylishly furnished. The villa offers a spacious area of 180 m² and has 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, including a double bed (160×200 cm) on the ground floor and another double bed (160×200 cm) on the first floor. In the apartment, there is a room with two single beds (90×200 cm). The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub, and 3 toilets. There are 3 kitchens: one in the main house, one in the apartment, and an outdoor kitchen.
The living room features a fireplace for cozy evenings, and the villa is air-conditioned for hot summer days. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. Additionally, the villa includes a sound system, Chromecast for the TV, and a washing machine.
Exterior
The exterior of the villa provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is situated on a 1100 m² plot and has a large heated saltwater pool measuring 10×3.5 meters. The pool includes an outdoor shower, adding extra comfort while swimming. The spacious covered terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue. There are also 3 parking spaces available. The garden is fenced, ensuring ample privacy, and there is a foosball table for additional entertainment.
The charming and lively village center of Cotignac, recently recognized as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France,” is just a 10-minute walk away along quiet and safe paths. The village offers a weekly Provençal market, numerous fountains, delightful restaurants and shops, and a central square shaded by plane trees, making it an ideal holiday destination. The hilly surroundings, dotted with olive groves and vineyards, provide great dining options, stunning golf courses like Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume, as well as picturesque hiking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is just an hour’s drive away, and nearby you’ll find the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix.
A five-minute walk through the forest behind the house leads to the 16th-century Provençal chapel ‘Notre Dame de Grâce,’ a pilgrimage site. Additionally, the old 3 km pilgrimage route through olive groves and oak forests to the ‘Monastère Saint Joseph’ monastery is nearby. During this walk, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the green hills of Provence. In the morning, you can take a forested path to the bakery for fresh croissants and coffee at the ‘Place de la Mairie.’
The villa is close to various recreational opportunities: a tennis court is 1 km away, a golf course 10 km, and the beach 40 km. Additionally, the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac Sainte Croix are easily accessible for those who love nature and adventure. Cotignac is the perfect base for exploring Provence.
