The villa is located off a quiet country road and accessed by an electric gate. The spacious driveway provides plenty of options for parking and there are 2 covered parking spaces.

The charm and authenticity of the natural stone house immediately catches the eye, together with a beautifully finished outdoor area with swimming pool and pool house. You almost imagine yourself in the tropics with a swimming pool of 12m by 5.5m and steps between the palm trees. The pool can be heated on request. The deepest point is about 2m. There is an outdoor shower by the pool.

You will certainly use the covered outdoor kitchen / pool house intensively during your holiday because here you will find a large plancha to prepare all kinds of delicacies, a sink and fridge with freezer compartment, but also a cozy dining table and several cozy corners around.

The garden is meticulously cared for and covered with all kinds of different types of Mediterranean plants. The lowest level of the garden is a beautiful olive yard. The upper level of the garden is characterized as a play zone because there’s not only a trampoline, but also a jungle gym with slide and a swing. A beautifully landscaped jeu de boules area honors the French culture.

At the house itself, fully oriented to the south and with a beautiful view, you have a covered terrace with a dining table for the whole group and a lounge corner to chat until the late hours. On this terrace there is an annex where there is a first bedroom with double bed. There is also a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The covered terrace is also in direct connection with the living room with open kitchen through sliding windows. The living room has a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas by the fireplace and TV. Ideal to retreat for a moment of rest. The dining table inside can serve during a colder evening in spring and autumn. A modern open kitchen is very inviting to cook together. The cooking island is equipped with a large induction hob. And on both sides you have all modern necessities and electrical appliances such as 2 combi ovens, 2 dishwashers, a large filter coffee machine, toaster, large fridge and freezer. Really everything is there.

To the left and right of the living room there are 2 large bedrooms, each with its own annex bathroom and sliding window that opens back to the terrace and therefore has a lot of light. The bedrooms always have a quality double bed consisting of 2 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm on a box spring, same upstairs. They can be moved apart if necessary. The bedroom to the right of the living room has a bathroom with double sink, bath, shower and toilet. The bedroom to the left of the living room has a bathroom with a single sink, bathtub and shower. Both have the same charming style with Provencal tiles. A separate toilet is located in the hallway at the front door.

We take the stairs upstairs and find a second separate toilet in the hallway. On both sides we again have 2 bedrooms that are each other’s mirror image, so to speak. Here the bathrooms are a corner in the room itself with a single sink and shower. The view from the windows is breathtaking.

The entire house has air conditioning that switches to heating when necessary.
