Interior
Inside Château Camparnaud, you will find an elegant, classic interior that perfectly complements the authentic charm of the château. The living space of 400 square meters offers plenty of room for relaxation and comfort. The rooms are stylishly decorated, featuring five bedrooms and a separate baby room. The three bathrooms and additional showers provide ample privacy for all guests.
Modern conveniences are also abundant: a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and microwave, as well as two refrigerators and two freezers. There is WiFi throughout the house, a washing machine, dryer, and a smart TV with Chromecast, ensuring you won’t miss a thing during your stay. The château offers all the comforts you need, including an iron and ironing board, dishwasher, and both a filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedrooms have mobile air conditioning units, and the house naturally stays cool due to its thick walls, especially if you keep the shutters closed during the day.
The living area is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, while the bedrooms and a second living room are on the second floor. The first floor is closed off during rental, as the owner lives there outside of the rental season.
Exterior
The exterior of Château Camparnaud exudes the grandeur of a classic château, with a beautifully maintained garden that provides the perfect setting for relaxation. The estate covers 5000 square meters and is fenced for your privacy. There is a large chlorine pool measuring 15×7 meters, where you can cool off on hot days. The garden also features a covered terrace with barbecue facilities and a large pétanque court, ideal for enjoyable evenings with friends or family.
From the pool, you have a stunning view of the surroundings, and the garden offers numerous seating areas and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding vineyards.
Château Camparnaud is located in the picturesque Carcès, nestled among the vineyards of Provence.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find charming villages such as Entrecasteaux, Cotignac, and Villecroze, each offering their own markets, boutiques, and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court just 5 km away and a golf course within 15 km. For beach lovers, it’s a 45-50 km drive to the coast, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and lively seaside towns like St. Tropez, St. Maxime, Cannes, and others.
Culture lovers can visit the nearby Le Thoronet Abbey or Château d’Entrecasteaux. Additionally, the impressive Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix are just a short drive away, offering opportunities for water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding. The villages of Carcès and Lorgues are only 10 to 15 minutes away, while Entrecasteaux is just a 5-minute drive from the château.
