Bastide Saint Esprit is a beautiful country house located in the hills between Draguignan and Flayosc. It can accommodate 10 people and features a large 10 x 4.5 meter heated pool. The swimming pool can be heated upon request. The garden is mature and is full of flowering plants and trees there is a lovely poolhouse with coal barbecue a pingpong table and there is a jeu de boules court.

INTERIOR
Bastide Saint Esprit is a large country house with more than 200m2 of habitable surface. The house has five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a bed with an extra bed in one of the bedrooms, which makes it suitable for 12 people. (Rental for 12 persons is on request)
On the ground floor you enter the hall, from where you have access to the spacious living room. This consists of three parts, a seating area with flat screen TV with French channels and Wi-Fi internet. There is a separate sitting area next to the fireplace. Following a dining room with large dining table. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with four burner gas hob, oven / grill, microwave, two large fridge / freezer combinations, dishwasher and a Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine.
Next to the dining room is the master bedroom with large double bed, TV and private bathroom with bath, double washbasin, toilet and shower.
From the living room you go up the stairs to the first floor. There are 2 more bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The three bedrooms in the main house are all three air conditioned.
At the front door is a separate entrance to the apartment which is connected to the house. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms The rooms and bathrooms are identical and have a double bed consisting of 2 mattresses of 80 * 200m and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Both rooms have patio doors to the garden at the side of the house. In one of the two bedrooms there is a vide with a bed of 140 * 200m
The old details in the home such as the floors and beamed ceilings are fully in the original state, giving a very nice authentic atmosphere.
EXTERIOR
Bastide Saint Esprit is a large villa with a private and heated swimming pool. The property is situated in a nice villa district 3.5km from Draguignan.
The garden is mature and has large cypresses of 100 years old and many flowering plants. From the house there is a view over the valley. The house is completely free without sight of neighbors.
The swimming pool is 10 x 4.5 meters and has a lovely poolhouse to sit in the shade. There is also a dining table for 10 people and a BBQ. There are sun loungers by the pool and a lovely seating next to the pool. The swimming pool can be heated outside the high season.
Entrance is via an entrance gate below the grounds and there is ample parking for 3 to 4 cars.
The private area is a total of 6,000 m2, which consists of terraces with olive trees. There is a jeu boule lane next to the gateway and a ping-pong table on the terrace at the back of the house There is also a second dining table for 10 people.
