Bastide des Combes is a beautiful 15 person country house on a 3000m2 fenced plot. In the shade of a 12x5m wrought iron canopy on the terrace you can enjoy an aperitif and the fantastic views over the pool.
There are sufficient sun loungers and plenty of seating areas to enjoy. You will find both sun and shade under the olive trees and by the the pool you will find a massive chestnut trees and linden trees, that guarantees the necessary cooling from the sun. The house can also offer a barbecue.
The house consists of 2 connected parts from which an apartement that is not rented out. The old Bastide is a few years ago, completely restored with all original details have been preserved. Also, the house and garden are very tastefully decorated.
The L-shaped pool (8×6 meters) provides you with a refreshing swim from its wide easy-access beach area and it is equipped with an alarm system to protect the little ones.

INTERIOR
Bastide des Combes is a lovely Provençal Bastide from the last century. The bastide has been lovingly renovated in 2011 by the owners preserving many of the authentic features. The tasteful, carefully chosen decor makes the bastide a real gem in the heart of the Massif of Uchaux.
With 370 square meters, the bastide accommodates up to 15 people in seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing you with maximum comfort. The dining and living room (80m²) with ceilings à la française provides direct access to the south facing terrace and garden. The bastide has a typical Provençal kitchen with a large 5-ring gas cooker and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave (oven and grill combination), American fridge with ice and water dispenser and an extra fridge.
The apartment, adjacent to the main house, is not rented out. This is for private use only. Of course, the privacy of the guests is guaranteed and the owners will not be present when the main house is rented out.
The house is heated with a lovely fire place and electric heating, making it comfortable even in the off-season. In the house there is wireless internet (Wi-Fi), large 134cm flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are 10 sun loungers and plenty of seating areas to enjoy. You will find both sun and shade under the olive trees and by the the pool you will find a massive chestnut trees and linden trees, that guarantees the necessary cooling from the sun. The house can also offer a barbecue.
The garden is totally enclosed on the east side with a clear view of the surrounding hills and woods and fully enclosed with a fence. You will find a typical Provencal garden with the lavenders blooming profusely in early summer, plants like olives and fig trees, Indian lilacs, hydrangeas, laurel and other exotic plants. A specific area to park your car is provided on site. And do not forget to make use of the boules alley.
