The house has a capacity of up to 10 people, but it is rented for a maximum of 6 people, with 2 bedrooms remaining closed.

Bastide de Peymeyan features an 8000 m² garden with a large lawn area where children can play, surrounded by numerous trees providing ample shade. The garden is partially fenced and accessible via an electric gate. A long driveway leads you to the beautifully renovated bastide, with plenty of parking space, including covered spots (currently under construction and not yet available for use). The garden is mainly located on the opposite side of the driveway. There is a shaded terrace under the trees with a large dining table for the whole group and a gas BBQ. Additional outdoor furniture includes eight wooden sun loungers around the pool, a quality parasol, and a lounge area on the lawn.

The swimming pool is stunningly finished with 5 x 5 cm azure blue mosaic tiles and measures an impressive 15 meters by 4 meters. It features a shallow beach area near the garden house and four wide steps for easy entry and exit at the opposite end. The pool depth is 1.40 meters throughout its length.

The striking bastide exudes the charm of Provence, built from natural stone with vibrant blue shutters at the front and green shutters on the garden and pool side. At the front, a terrace under a wisteria canopy offers a delightful spot for breakfast.

An authentic door leads to a central area featuring a foosball table and an open fireplace. This space connects to the open living area, divided across different levels linked by stairs and a central metal structure. On the left, there is a large wooden dining table surrounded by various designer chairs. The room’s height allows for abundant natural light and a seamless connection to the garden through large windows. On the right is the open lounge area, ideal for relaxing with a good book. A few steps higher, there is a spacious TV area with a library and a pool table – plenty of entertainment options!

Returning to the dining area, you’ll find a doorway to the kitchen, located on a slightly lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine cooler, two different Nespresso machines, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. This space is perfect for showcasing your culinary talents.

From the kitchen, you can access a separate toilet and a storage area with a washing machine, leading back to the central area (with the foosball table). To the right of this area is the first bedroom, which remains closed when renting the property for up to 6 people.

The next two bedrooms are located on the first floor, to the left and right of the pool table room. Both are equipped with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower. One of the rooms also includes a crib and a changing table.

The open metal staircase leads to the upper floor. A small landing provides access to two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The left bedroom features a freestanding bathtub in the room and a double sink, with a door leading to a separate toilet. The right bedroom, with stunning views of the garden and pool, is adorned with an azure blue carpet that complements the bathroom. The bathroom includes a toilet, double sinks, and a large walk-in shower in black natural stone. A second door in this bedroom leads to a dressing area under the roof beams. Both upstairs bedrooms are spacious and offer a suite-like experience.

There is no air conditioning in the house, but the thick stone walls (half a meter thick) are designed to keep the summer heat out.

Due to the stairs inside, the house is less suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Saint-Paul-en-Forêt is a charming postcard village located just 23 km from the coastal town of Fréjus. In the village or the nearby town of Bagnols-en-Forêt, you can find fresh croissants and daily groceries. This beautifully rural holiday home is situated 2.5 km from Saint-Paul-en-Forêt, offering plenty of space and privacy. It also serves as an excellent base for many interesting day trips, such as St-Maxime and St-Tropez on the coast, Lac St Cassien with its many water sports opportunities, or the beautiful wine chateaux.
