La Bastide de Peymeyan has a garden of 8000 m2 with a large area of ​​grass, where children can play without limits, and around many trees to provide the necessary shade. It is partially fenced and accessed by an electric gate. A long driveway takes you to the beautiful renovated bastide where there is lots of parking in front of the covered places (which are still being finished and therefore not accessible for use). The garden is mainly on the other side of the driveway. There is a terrace in the shade of the trees with a large dining table for the whole group and a gas BBQ. Extra garden furniture has also been provided, such as 8 wooden loungers around the pool, a good parasol and a lounge corner on the lawn. The swimming pool is beautifully finished with mosaic tiles of 5 x 5 cm, in azure blue tones and measures no less than 15 meters by 4 meters wide. There is a shallow plage on the side of the garden house and 4 wide steps for easy entry and exit on the other side. The deep one is 1m40 over the entire length.

The impressive bastide brings out the charm of Provence, built in natural stone, with bright blue shutters on the front and green shutters on the pool and garden side. At the front there is a terrace to enjoy your breakfast under the wisteria.

An authentic door takes you into a central room where there is a baby foot, next to a fireplace. The central space connects to the open plan living space, spread over several levels, connected with stairs and a metal structure in the middle. On the left you will find a large wooden dining table with different types of design chairs all around. The height of the room ensures that there is a lot of light and that a connection is made with the garden through the large windows. To the right is the open seating area where you can relax with a good book. Just a few steps higher there is a large room with a TV corner and library and a pool table in the middle of the room. Entertainment everywhere!

If we go back to the dining room, there is a connection to the kitchen, which is located slightly lower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all luxuries and necessities. There is an induction cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine cooler, 2 different Nespresso coffee machines and all kinds of small kitchen utensils. Here you will enjoy bringing out your best of you in cooking.

From the kitchen you can then continue back on the left, with a separate toilet and cupboard area for the washing machine, to the central space of the front (with baby foot). To the right is a first bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed and closet space against a wall where the large stones are visible. Such details also keep the house very authentic inside. To the left and right of the bed there is a washbasin/shower on one hand and a toilet on the other, both with a sliding door. Patio doors give access to a small side terrace with a set of furniture. Here you might like to have an early morning coffee on your own.

The next 2 bedrooms are located to the left and right of the room with the pool table, on the first floor. Both rooms have a double bed and an annex bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. One of the rooms also has a baby bed and a changing table.

We take the open metal stairs up. A small platform gives access to 2 more bedrooms with double bed and their annex bathroom. The room on the left has a freestanding bath in the bedroom and a double sink. The door leads to a separate toilet. The room on the right, with a beautiful view of the garden and the pool, has an azure blue carpet, the color continues into the bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, double sinks and very large walk-in shower in dark natural stone. A second door in the bedroom gives access to the dressing room in the ridge of the roof. Both bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and give a kind of suite feeling.

There is no air conditioning in the house, but these types of houses, with walls of half a meter wide, are built to keep out the heat in the summer.

Due to the stairs indoors, the house is less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
